Wavy steps are not a DDR. They are a different die event. Yes that is my coin. I also found another interesting one: 1987-D Wavy Step: This one was found in mint sets. http://www.traildies.com/1987d-1der/1987D-1DER-009WST

Thank you Dear, coop and John! That's another nice one coop and from a mint set, cool! Yeah, I remembered you were into these too John and thought you had several listed.

@Dearborn: I don't know if you notice what coop said, "not a DDR". These were thought to be a doubled die, at one time but have since been de-listed as such, after they were discovered to be a trail die. There is still the argument of whether or not to be considered a "variety", regardless, I just think they are cool! cc still leaves them up, to explain. I consider wavy steps and trail dies a die event not an error or variety. John1

Thanks MAKE and COOP for the remarks and posting. OMG, I never took a minute for this, I just put in the cat of the damaged stairs LOL. Innocent me. This happened if you focus on only few things.

This happened if you focus on only few things. I get tunnel vision from time to time, Silvio. I've been following "banknotes" lately, from afar. You've been stepping out though, digging into doubled dies I can tell you are a control freak, like me but have to let your hair down and just not care. Step outside your comfort zone.
