I haven't had time to microscope this one to see if any markers are still visible but I'm rather confident even without. What do you think?

I don't know enough about early proof LWC's...but those rims look promising to research further.

Wow, interesting, I see what you're thinking. I'm in the maybe camp. However, you'll need to have the die markers for a TPG to slab it IMO.

XF40. looks like the coin was cleaned at one point and the most prominent problem appears to be a spot of corrosion behind the ear.

the rims appear to be a Matte proof but I cant see any of the die markers on your coin for any of the die pairs many of which are small die scratches which can be easily hidden by the grime on the coin, toning and other scratches
