So I'm still have much to learn when it comes to doubling and if they are errors or Machine Doubling So the DDO I believe is in the 1995 IN THE 9 AND 5(1995) AND THE DDR under the letter C in Cent.... But I think I might have actually found something anytnoughts would be awesome! Let me know if I'm seeing actually doubling gang! Thanks for taking time reading this!!

Not a DDO, looks to be the start of split plating.
Not a DDR, appears to be Machine Doubling.

NO, this is a common occurrence. Normal coin, worth 1 cent.

Please see here for some of the known varieties of 1995 Lincoln cents https://doubleddie.com/385222.html It is better for new coin variety/error hunters to likely use a book like strike it rich with pocket change 5th edition or a site like that to look up the coin and see if it has something and then try to match it up to a known listing rather than just look for things on every coin.
