I think it might possibly be wear on the coin over the years, I'm not very good at finding errors, so in my opinion, wear.

I'd say wear, dirt/grime, possible grease or strike through, lamination at 3 o'clock, value 1 cent. IMHO

A long soak in 100% acetone might remove some of the apparent crud on the reverse. Looks to have some lamination issues in the vicinity of the right wheat stalk. Value could run in the 5 to 10 cent range.

To me it looks like a pre Cud on the right wheat ear but Better pitchers are needed to see the die cracks that make that happen

to the CCF The O is part of the lamination on the right wheat stock, it fell of a long time ago.
