Considering what coin it is, I'm going to give it a VF30. A Jefferson in this shape might get a 15-25, but Buffalos always get a little leeway.

Solid VF20, VF25 wouldn't surprise. This is also DD0-001, it's a minor DDO, class VI doubling, with a spread on Liberty and more prominently the date.

Tip of the horn is not present. I would call it F-12 or F-15.
