1833 Capped Bust Dime - Double Die? Can It Be?

Hello All! Was just inspecting this 1833 capped bust dime and I see what appears to be doubling of the letters of "United States of America". Looking for opinions on this one - not much information out there about possible errors of 1833 dimes. worth sending off?

I believe this is Die Deterioration Doubling.

The motto was punched into the working die by hand until ~1836, so doubled dies would not be possible at this point.

Repunched letters are possible, here's one as an example: http://www.doubleddie.com/2443963.html

Thanks for your response and providing the resources to further educate myself. This is definitely not double die, and is the Die Deterioration Doubling as you stated. This does not add any value to the coin as far as I can tell.
