Looks weak but clear to me, not sure what the definition of a "weak D" is.

I'd say a regular 22-D. The weak D's typically have weak reverses, unlike this one.

Real "weak D"'s are difficult to see at all. I'd say if you can clearly see the D, it's not what you really want in the valuable version of the coin for this date.

Your coin is just a normal 'D'. It is when the mintmark is slightly there. So close that it is almost invisible. (This was a sever over polishing issue on the dies that year. They wanted to get more dies that year, but had to make their "quota" with the dies they had.
