If raised, probably a linear plating bubble. If indented, then likely a bag mark.

I agree with plating bubble, not uncommon on zincoins.

It has a gentle curve through the nose, upper lip, and chin. could be linear plating issue, or another coin was pressed against it.

Looks like a contact mark to me. Either way it is not a doubled die. It will match what ever size the area would copy. Could be a dime that damaged this coin in circulation? Damage is not a plus for a coin. It turns it into a cull coin.
