I have one more cent I found. 2000 Canada cent with extra metal. Probably the norm. Just curious on any thoughts in the forum.

Looks like a copper plating issue.Trapped gas/debris.

Agree, just plating bubbles. The top one would be called a linear plating bubble.
A common occurrence with copper plated zinc coins
