I feel silly asking this but is this all PMD? I ask because the rim seems to go along with the coin, the M in AMERICA on the front seems to be very long at the top and there are 2 huge what I guess would be die breaks by his chin. This coin is just a mess.

You're right, the coin is a mess.
Nothing there that can't be attributed to damage.
Still worth 25 cents though.
