High Prices For Early Decimal Australian?

I notice, for example, that the 1971 20 cent is listed at $45 in MS 60, in the NGC world coin price guide, and the 1966 5 cent is $5.00 in MS 60.

Are these realistic prices in the local market?

For many years the 1971 20c in high grades has seemed over-valued in the catalogues but since Covid some are actually selling at those prices:

High-Prices-For-Early-Decimal-Australian?

Would like to see how much they would have sold for if starting price was $0.99....
