Hello Y'all, not much in the way of questions with this one but rather just sharing my first Buffalo nickel found coin roll hunting. I understand the date is orn off on it so no real value here but the excitement was worth it! Any thoughts or opinions welcome! Cheers!

It is a partial dated 1925-P in what looks like a G-6 at best to my eyes
But that is a great find coin roll hunting! I find these on occasions when I hunt a box of nickels, so no telling what one will find...

Looks like a '25 to me too - great find, Meyerstone!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

I think that the coin still has a small premium. Maybe 2-3$, but no more.

Nice find. Agree that it can be identified as a 1925 partial dated coin.

For sure, definitely worth more in the excitement department rather than the monetary value. Fun stuff, thanks folks! Question, is an acetone bath safe for soaking pretty much all coins?
