I think this is EF, too much weakness on the leaves on the Reverse to get an AU. Very nice $1 cherrypick!

Very nice IHC with original color and very few marks.

With the ribbon weakly separated from the hair curl (Obv), wear on the Rev shield and ribbon near arrows, XF40 IMO.
