I was wondering if this was a dd looks like the chin area is shadowed. And the chin is raised but doesn't look like its PMD. Would love some expert advise.. thank you all..

It has to be damage of some sort, there is nothing that
during the striking of the coin that would cause that.

I'm thinking post-strike damage. Copper is a relatively soft metal and can be (re)shaped in interesting ways when hit--especially at low, 'lateral' angles. Appears the coin was cleaned at some point in the past.
