Always down for a tallboy or 3.... but yes, condition is everything. As far as MM are concerned, the '40 the placement was on the reverse. No MM would indicate P, but here's a link to the Denver for comparison. https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin...-5c-fs/84008

The rim is flattened. Just a normal coin. Possible rim damage.
