Hi everyone,
I've discovered this awesome coin with lots going on and can't find these multiple errors anywhere. Has anyone got one of these or heard about it? Thanks so much!

Looks like a partial Grease Filled Die on both sides.
Might be worth a small premium to someone who collects these

Does not appear to be circulation wear, so I'm gonna say, Grease Filled Die aka Greaser.

Jess, to the Forum! It appears that you have a " Struck Through Grease" coin. Unfortunately it's not an error, and although very cool and definitely a keeper, there is no real numismatic premium associated with it.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Thanks for your feedback! I'm just thinking of the In God We Rust which is considered and error and selling for way above a small premium?
I also wonder if having this graded and encapsulated would be a wise move? Would the grading companies include this in the categorization of strike through grease? Discovery coin? Perhaps an ebay auction would be the path to take in hopes of reaching top dollar? Forgive the multiple questions, but I'm a bit new at this!
Thanks!!

First, it is not a IN GOD WE RUST, you can clearly see the T.
No, it would not be a wise move to have it graded, the cost would far exceed the value
of the coin and I'm not sure if they would even attribute something this common.
The only Greasers worth listing are those that are about 75% covered.

The on time there would be a premium would be on the coins with 80-90% pf Grease Fill on them:
2008-New-Mexico-Quarter-With-Filled-Die-All-Over!-Has-Anyone-Seen-This-Before?
Then it would be a modest amount. On your coin you could save it for an educational piece to "Show and Tell" to a new collector. (Explaining what it is)
