So this dime has an extra bud it looks like on the oak branch, u can see it just looking at the dime without magnification and with magnification it looks kinda like it's a repeat of the little bud to the left of it...?

It appears to be a die chip - the close up is a bit fuzzy to be certain, but that would be my guess.
