I just went through a box of Lincolns this week and most rolls had around 2-3 of these gold toned. They are nice to look at. Wasn't sure myself if they would command any type of premium or be worth grading. They range from 1960 up to 1976. I have a bunch more but didn't want to hijack your thread. Cool finds though.

@Scrappy - nice looking example. I say MS63RD. The significant bag hits on the jaw and cheek hold it back. I believe it would be worth a small premium, but less than $1. Stick it in a 2x2.
@Mrichter - it causes confusion in the replies when you post your own coins in someone else thread. Please start a new thread and we will be happy to comment on them.

For the '64 originally posted, I could see MS63+.

on the 64 there are multiple nicks on the rims as well as marks on the cheek and jaw. the scuff mark on the field in front of Lincoln is the most noticeable and affects grade. the small ticks on the shoulder and bottom of the lapel are die related but the other small marks are not.
on the reverse the light marks above ONE CENT are also die related but the hits on the steps are not
this coin would grade MS63 maybe a + and doesn't have much value other than to fill a hole in an album
the dullness in areas of the 60 you included here are indicators of circulation. no value

You can always look up a potential coins value by going to the graded pricing such as here on NGC https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide...s/cents/100/ The MSBN, MSRB and MSRD are the color its graded when in mint state. Or even http://m.numismedia.com/rarecoinprices.htm Most likely this coin would come back below MS65 based on my and others suggestions, in which case the costs to grade are at best case equal to or greater than the value after grading. Modern coins tend to only exceed the grading costs in the top condition or two typically which if you look at the census which is the number graded in that grade sometimes can be very small numbers of the total graded. That doesn't mean the coin is not worth keeping, only that it may not be worthwhile to spend money grading at least for value/resale reasons in this case - perhaps only to send a few here and there for speculation and learning when you think you might have that elusive top grade candidate rather than regularly where you likely would lose money as many like yours probably wont be that coin.

Thank you everybody I appreciate y'all's honesty and integrity. I recently came into a collection from my grandfather passing.. I probably have well over 200 rolls I need to go through ranging from 1911 all the way up. So hopefully I'll find something good. But I have a ton more pictures to put on here so I really appreciate yall.. I'm still very new to this so I'm trying to learn what is what and what's not
