What do you think about the head stamped on the back? How many times would it have to be pressed to get 2 heads on the front and a head on the back? Thanks all for the comments!
Twice.
The first strike had the planchet between the obverse die and a previously struck cent. This created a normal obverse and an incuse obverse. The coin was then fed back into the press with the normal obverse facing the reverse die and the incuse obverse facing the obverse die and it was struck a second time. This results in a normal reverse struck over a normal obverse, and a normal obverse struck over a left facing incuse obverse. That is exactly what your coin shows.
