This one looks like thickness on letters and numbers.
Looks like LIBERTY has notches bottom right corners?
I can't get I-LIBERTY notch to show.
Do you think those are notches on RT ?
I can get E and Y to show if you want more pictures.
The Date and MM seems to line up.

Wexler is the only site that has it listed. He has no markers for comparison. Below B-LIBERTY both his and mine have those same marks.

Do you think they're a match?

Did you try to find an attribution for what you see?
(I doo see the splits you are talking about on the RT)

DDD. Note all the affected areas are towards the rim direction. That is what these look like when die wear is present.

Thanks everyone for comments.

Sorry to ask so many questions about so many different things.

Thanks coop.
From your teaching in the past. I do/did noticed DDD.
Could a coin have DDD and DDO at the same time?
Like a coin can have RPM and MD at the same time.
Are those notches at bottom right of RT?
Were they caused by DDD or DDO?

Thank you as always.

I have read that a coin can have DDD & DDO at the same time yes. Please refer to more experienced posters here.
..also is there are certain known error/variety that matches your coin?

One thing I've found helpful is to include a link to the site you found it on. Members can access the markers easier. This is especially important with more subtle varieties.

I hope you can match markers.

Mint marks were part of the die in 1991 so MM placement isn't helpful. They all line up with the variety.
You need to look at die scratches, die flow lines, or other die anomalies that might match up to Wexler's images.

EDIT-
DD says the "I" shows the strongest notching on the bottom right corner.
I also see the notching on the RT which might indicate a DDO

Thanks Petespockets55 for your feedback.
You're right I Just thought putting Wexler 91D WDDO-001 was enough.
Doubleddie.com is the only one out of the three sites that list 1991D DDO.
Their listing has no obverse or reverse markers noted.
But if you look close just below the B-LIBERTY it looks to have the same markings as mine. Theirs are just to out of focus and faint to see very clearly.
Thanks for info about the date. I put mine there to compare because they had theirs showing.

I don't believe this is WDDO-001. It doesn't appear to have the same thickness that the listed DDO does, especially on that second 9 and the I in LIBERTY.

It's hard to tell if those are actually notches in the RT. Glare from the lighting is a little confusing and it does not make sense for there to be notches there as there's no extra thickness (that I can notice at least).

Also about the die markers: I think those marks on the Wexler coin below the B is just from discoloration, seems like that coin was very spotty from the few photos in the listing. I also noticed two good die markers on your coin: A die gouge south of the O in GOD, and a long die gouge east of the mintmark D. I don't see either of those gouges on WDDO-001.
