To me some sort of doubling next to some sort of lines making you think you see a plant feature?

Doubling of some sort Next to linear plating or striations. You can see the side of the coins shadow height before the "mark" in question. I don't think it's a die chip, it's funky shadowing IMO

Not sure what you are talking about, "sticking out". Here is your pic, marked up with what I see though. Red is MD ( Machine Doubling) and yellow is a die chip.
