This was hard to photograph. In my hand it's super gold looking and I've got 3 different light bulbs in my photography room. I know shiny doesn't in itself mean higher grade, but it is pretty and would love opinions for a grade

@Barbette - mid MS, say MS63 or so. Color is likely RB, which be definition means 5% to 95% of the original red remaining.

I'm thinking AU58--obverse dings/hits/rubs are holding it back. Would make a very nice album hole filler until better comes along.

Just the fact I'm getting any opinions of MS state is insane. I know it's low to mid range, but just holding it in my hand is like wow. I know it's not officially graded, but this is just from a quick look through of my collection. I have several of this kind ( as far as RD in MS state if I'm lucky enough) from 1959 ( just one) to 1982, although I'm not sure if the 1982 is the new strike not being 95% copper or the proper transition for that year.

Edit.....1982 95% copper is the old strike, not new. Sorry guys, I know it's the transition year
