Obverse looks like DDD not a DDO. Reverse is hard to tell with those photos.I am thinking MD and or DDD. Both sides seems to be a LDS=late die state.

Not seeing a DDO or DDR just a very worn out die, flow lines are a good indicator.

In my opinion it's the same variety as PCGS 1964-D/D 5c RPM FS-501(FS-037.5). Observe had the same radial flowing lines and thick date number......
