I'll say MS-63RB. Worth very little over face - definitely not worth grading.

It would cost you about $50-60.00 to have a it graded.
The value is probably $4-5.00.
Your choice on whether to get it graded or not.

no mint mark just means it is from the Philadelphia Mint (Normal). They didn't use a mint mark from there. Very common coin. "S" Is San Francisco and "D" is Denver.
Is there a specific error or variety on this coin, that you think makes it worth sending in, that you are asking about?

Thank you all so much for your time and charitable knowladge. I will remember you all for your kindness. This may not sound scincere, but it is. When ones in a dark place small things mean a lot.

I don't see any errors. I am just gonna mark it 3-5$ and shelve it.

These are common to find that year. If it were in a coin shop, it could be purchased for about 25 cents in BU. Not worth spending $50 to have it graded for a 25 cent coin.

I have multiple tubes of '64 cents--all between AU58-MS64. My sense is these run in the 5-50 cents each range--maybe .75 for the best examples I have.
