Agree with the majority but, it could squeak to a PR 66.
That is if it's real. It seems to have been very well cared for. If PCGS graded it then it's real.

Sorry for the delayed reveal. This was a PF-64 red. I was happy with this as I had it at PF-64 RB. I thought it had a chance at CAM but not surprised it did not get the designation. This is not a series I collect, I found this in an online auction and thought it was selling way too cheap. It was as I got it for $210.
