I did walk away. I wasn't certain myself the toning was NT as I couldn't find another like it. The detail on both sides was pretty nice, from the parts I could see at least. Thanks for the feedback!

I'm not sure it's genuine. Details seem too sharp in places (skirt lines, left thumb, olive leaves, eagle neck and breast feathers). Liberty's right hand looks deformed. Color of course looks artificial. Probably smart to pass.

Jaobler commented on the details in this coin. its very rare to see that kind of strike. not impossible though. I'm suspicious as well but if it was authentic I would call it UNC (details) AT i agree with smat Quote: Depending on the price...sure would have been tempting.. even if the coin slabbed at UNC details it would have substantial value. what are they asking?
