I just uploaded a closer shot of the mouth, you can see the small chips in side it!

This it is a funny Die Chip. What surprise me it is not first time I see on different denominations and is the same place. Do the Schuler presses used apply extra rebound forces on Dies on the same axe? Interesting to find out.

Behind the head seem to be others Die Chips, hard to see I can not go closer.

You are correct there are 2 behind his head! I really like this one, I have several drooling George's & chips around the mouth, but this one is for sure my favorite of them now!

Well, I like the title for this chip - very original.
But in the end a common die drip for this design.
