While these are technically errors, they are extremely common and carry no numismatic premium. Save the coin if you like it, but value is 1 cent. In my 4 years (still A Newbie) of searching rolls of Bank coins (Penny, Dime, Nickel & Quarters) I have found many 1983's with Die Cracks and Die Chips! Have fun and welcome to the hobby.
