Can someone shed some light on how could this condition m8ght have occurred?
I do not see any damage around the area.
This is from a uncirculated set.

Is there any value on it? besides 10 cents?

Thank you.

Full pictures obverse and reverse needed, probably a circulation hit, but could be something else.

Maybe a Machine Doubling sort of thing, just instead of coming back down, it scraped the MM and smeared it so to speak. But wait for others to respond.

Any chance that anomaly is on the plastic packaging, not the metal? Doesn't look like it but worth asking.

Looks like some sort of damage.
There is no premium for damage.
