On 1962-D RPM-016, the upright of the mintmark is under the number 9 whereas it is much more between the 9 and 6 on your cent. I'll see if I can find one that fits better. Added: I'll not finding a good match. That means that either this is too minor to be listed, you've found a new one which should be submitted, or my eyes aren't good enough to discern which RPM you've got there.
