Difficult to assess given the photos posted. Appears that color saturation was 'pumped up' when processing the photo. Some pics using natural, indirect 'window sill' lighting might be beneficial.
Those are absolutely not natural surfaces - so technical grade does not really matter from a numismatic perspective.
Give it whatever grade you want - this a damaged, cleaned and environmental toned coin. It has IMO no numismatic premium beyond hole filler for someone looking for an inexpensive 1922-D
