lcutler Pillar of the Community United States 1657 Posts	Posted 04/25/2023 04:41 am There is really no way to tell how it happened, but it has been damaged after it left the mint. Is there corresponding damage on the reverse? If so, it may have been hit with some kind of hollow punch. Another possibility is something rotating against it. Regardless, damage is damage.
