What errors are you talking about?

I don't see any errors from the mint when it was struck. Looks like damage while in circulation, it's called PMD Post Mint Damage. A lot of coins can look strange/different than when new due to the environment like corrosion spots, grim and accidental or intentional hits, scratches, etc.

A lot is going on with this coin, none of which are errors, maybe some die events, such as the Ridge Ring on the reverse from K1 to about K4. Lets see, a weak strike in 'States of' due to the obverse design elements. (most of the metal moves into the shoulder because the void is bigger. Umm, Possible MD and DDD. That's it for die events. Also noted is staining, zinc bubbles, and circulation hits and dings.

I see the Obverse doubling is strong in the date. As well as die degeneration on the steps on the reverse.
