I have a 1982 P dime that looks as if the P was doubled stuck and only weighs 2.13 grams. Any input

Why do you say this was double struck?

Die deterioration, certainly. A sharp close-up of the mint mark would be useful.

It's a little on the light side, but not enough to matter.

It is a bit under weight (it should weigh 2.268g with a tolerance of 0.91g. So yours would be .04 g out of tolerance.
But not seeing any evidence of a 'double struck coin.

to the CCF Double struck would mean you would have 2 images on the coin. If only the date is doubled you would have a repunched mint mark.
