Is it just me or does the entire reverse of this quarter appear to be doubled? Just Machine Doubling or is this a doubled die?

I'm not seeing any doubling. MD or glare but, no doubling. Others will chime in I'm sure.

I agree with this being Machine Doubling because it is step-like and serves to reduce the size of the design. With that said it is quite strong and as you say visible across nearly the entire reverse. It is a fun find even if there is no numismatic premium.
