Not an error, just one of the 7 normal production cents for 1982. This was one of the first zinc core cents with copper platting. If you were to find a 1982-D that weighs 3.11 grams, THEN you would have a very valuable coin. The copper cent was not intended to be struck with the small date in Denver, but a couple have been found. The first one found sold for $18,800!
