I recently became interested in trying to find rare or error coins. I just wish I knew more. I think this maybe a double dice sent I would appreciate your input thank you!!!

What it looks like here is a coin that was struck with a die that was due to get retired. We see Die Deterioration here. This is a form of 'doubling' that will always 'slide' towards the nearest edge of a coin.
also noted in circulation flattening on Liberty. (imaging repeatedly hitting the top of a steel (or aluminum) spike with a hammer. the top will get smushed and 'mushroom out from all the hitting.)

That makes complete sense and I appreciate your time so it's not worth nothing I mean it's cool I'll probably add it to the rest of these coins I'm finding but as far as you can see it's worth face value?

I'd say it looks to be a common, circulated '64 D. Worth one cent.
