Hi everyone,
This penny does not match the photos I've seen of the famous DDO, but I find that there are a few peculiarities that I'd like your help with, if possible?
The letters in WE TRUST are attached to the rim and seem thicker that other pennies. Also the T in trust seems odd.
Finally, in E.PLURIBUS there are a few letters missing. Can someone please weigh in on what I'm seeing?
The weight is 3.02g. Any idea on grade and/or value?
Thanks so much!

Looks pretty typical for that year, along with some circulation dings and flattening. A high W in WE was the norm, as you can see here: https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin...8-1c-rd/2848

Very low grade of the coin. Not the coin you expect.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate it.
Doesn't anyone think that the L in PLURIBUS is missing? Am I seeing things? Is it PMD? Strike through grease?
I will post it in the appropriate thread for grading!

The L is kind of there. Maybe took a hit or a slight grease strike. No doubling at all.

I see a normal later die state coin with extensive circulation wear. Common date. Grade is F15/VF20 range. Value is 3 cents as a bulk wheatie.
