Well the first thing that stands out is the weird toning, second, the B in liberty took a hard hit, and third I see a lamination on the head.

Agree with all above. Suggest giving the coin a long soak in 100% acetone--might remove or reduce what appears to be crud.

I wanted to add some new photos for this topic that I hope show the Lamination better I believe it starts at the L of Liberty and runs all the way across the coin
