That's the 2012 3/4oz silver bullion dollar. My Charlton book doesn't list an extra info on it (no quantity or issue price).
I know commems would shoot me for this, but I do have it at the back of my Silver Dollar binder.

Without an image, I'm guessing you're referring to the 3/4 ounce silver bullion coin that was sold via bullion dealers vs. direct by the Mint.

I posted the wrong image - sorry - here is the Eagle and Lion design - again using ebay for the image (which is not great).

Yes Commems that is it! So it is one of those things. I remember Pobjoy mint used to do that sort of thing. Sure glad I don,t have to keep track of those "special issues any more

OK, I see why I have been unable to find any information on the coin I have been looking for. Didn't know they were bullion only releases.

As I remember, this is the only one bullion issue, which not simply has denomination of 1 Dollar (mostly in fractional sets), but similar to SDs has the "Canada Dollar" lettering.

There is also 2006 bullion issue of 1/2 oz (Wolf) that has "CANADA 1 DOLLAR" obverse lettering.
Afaik, there are only 2 bullion issues with 1 dollar denomination.
On additional note, there are bullion issues with denomination of $2 and weight of either 1/2 oz or 3/4 oz.
So far I know of 30 bullion $2 coins. Designs are interesting, imo, though many are repeating year over year. And some of those are a challenge to find.
