This is an active listing. Am I mistaken or is this a flip over double strike. https://www.ebay.com/itm/256065513159

Clashed dies is correct. Note how ONE CENT is inverted on the obverse.

Incredible clash, I don't think I've seen one that strong.

Its looks funny to me, if the dies clashed, the impression of each side would (should) be incuse on each of the dies - thus making the impression on the planchet raised, right? these 'clashes' looks incuse to me..

Maybe I'm staring at it for too long.. I don't know...I have to be wrong and my eyes are playing tricks on me..

I saw this listing earlier and was shocked. Likely the strongest clashed dies in the Lincoln series from what I've seen on maddieclashes. The design transfer in the vest/EPU area is unreal.

This clash isn't listed on Maddieclashes. It is the strongest I've seen, and possibly the strongest there is. Stronger than the 1965 LMC.

Clashed dies is correct. A flip over double strike would have a positive image with the doubled areas raised up. You can see here, especially in the way the obverse impression shows up on the coin's reverse that this is just a very, very nice die clash.

Thanks Bobby.
Adding the images makes sure they don't "evaporate" and disappear once the listing ends.
