Can you explain what you think you're seeing? These photos are very poor, and I can't really tell what you believe the issue to be.

That last letter of AMERICA is filled in, but since there is such extensive circulation wear and flattening, it is hard to know if it was struck that way due to a broken post on the die or else if this is just smeared metal from being damaged.
