Ridge Ring at the top of the obverse. The T and Y of Liberty looks like it could be doubled in a NE direction.

I'm curious to see what others say on this one. If it is a DDO, it's not listed. thank you Dearborn

Check other example for that year/mint to see if this is common that year. The 'T' looks like a small die crack on the top of that area. So make side by sides to see if this a die issue, or if all looked like that, that year? Note the die wear on your coin. All of the devices are enlarged on the left side of the devices, which is usually a extreme die wear issue. Note the left side of the 'L'? It is showing that extreme die wear in the direction.

I have a couple rolls of this year and mint, this one really stands out due to the extra thickness. I will get you a side by side this evening after work. Thanks Coop

Here is a comparison between 2 other coins. this is my first time making anything like this. hopefully it is satisfactory. the top coin and the bottom coin are a similar die state. looks pretty close. might be a normal one for this year at this state? what are you thoughts? Your eyes are better than mine on this.

Well your example 1 and your subject coin looks similar, but the subject coin still looks thicker.

Yes, it does still look slightly fatter, but is it enough? It doesn't sound like it's close enough for you to change your mind from your first response. What about the die crack theory on the "T" making it thicker? Thanks Dearborn.

Ok. Thanks for checking in, I figure this thread died. I was hoping Coop would check in. No big deal. I will take your word for it. Much appreciated coinfrog and everyone with the help.

Sorry been under the weather and my image host was having issues. I just uploaded images I create a few days ago. These are different die states and coin grades, so you can see what is the normal design. The master hub went though many changes through the year, but was not replaced until 1969. So Master Hub doubling can affect the die created as the swelling continues on these dies.
