Ah ok. It sounds like you are seeing some doubling on the reverse and so are actually asking about a DDR. There are a couple of those listed:

The coin in the upper left of this image is truly un-struck, it has not been struck into a coin yet. it is a type II 5 cent planchet with a clip.

@khrom, I'm interested to see how the OP responds to you, but my understanding was that they were trying to say that there was no mint mark on the cent.
