Correct heavy flow lines and device extreme die wear is what you are seeing. Seeing the devices with side by sides will show you more of the differences of the devices sizes:

Note DDO has wider devices. Die wear affects the devices closest to the rims first. So if you are looking of the area that is affected, the die wear can alter the dies, affecting the coins with lines that are die flow/scratches. These die events are not a doubled die. A doubled die happens from the first strike on until retirement. (Die wear also affects doubled dies as they age as well, but often they are pulled early unless they are not easily spotted)
Along with the extreme die flow/scratches on your coin, the circulation has flattened some of the devices making it wider on some devices. (especially on the date and motto devices) Note the flattening widens only the affected areas. On the DDO, the devices are all widened the same. So on your coin, where the devices are not flatten, they are normal sized.
