I'd appreciate your thoughts on this well circulated coin. As always, I apologize in advance for the photo size/quality (I couldn't do any better myself); they are the ones provided by the seller. Thanks in advance for your assessments.

VF-30, apparently these have notoriously weak strikes.

ShadowCreator, is ernie someone I should know? Or avoid? You seem to be familiar with him. I do see his name on ebay frequently.

It looks like VF-20 to me, or possibly a notch higher. I think ShadowCreator is right about the weak strikes for this date. The light color does suggest it might have been dipped white at some point, but it's not obviously impaired. I'd call it a presentable example of a scarce date. Not too bad!

Ernie is a high-volume ebay seller who tends to overgrade his offerings, in my opinion. He does sell lots of coins and some look pretty nice. Caveat emptor!
