I have a 1981 Dime with some kind of error or something can any one help me out with this ?

Like most items when put in fire, it bubbles. The same thing happened to your coin. It is just a damaged coin now.

The heat forms bubbles on the coin, then when they want to use the coin in a vending machine, the flattening of the coin needs to be done to be able to use the coin. Not a mint error, but post strike damage to this coin.
