2023 Lincoln D Shield Penny Obverse And Reverse Whats Going On Here?

I know that can't be PMD on the Reverse. A lot of Die Cips and Die Cracks. And is it some kind of Lamanation and or Die Clash issues here? And above LIBERTY could it be somthing environmental?
