Out of interest I did a quick search for circulation commemorative coins from 2022. Two points seemed to stand out:
1. No commemorative Cu-Ni coins. In fact, the last Cu-Ni coin was the International Year of Indigenous Languages 50c in 2019 and before that the Eddie Mabo 50c in 2017 so just 2 Cu-Ni commemorative coins in 6 years. Does anyone else think, as I do that, that the 2019 Indigenous languages is the last Cu-Ni commemorative for the rest of eternity?
2. No donation dollar for 2022. Has this idea quietly faded away? I thought it was a 5 year program.

Don't mind if it is because as it stands now the complete set of Australian circulation commemorate 50c fits snuggly into a 30 pocket album page.

It is my understanding that instead of 5 million each year for 5 years they minted 12.5 million each for 2 years ("one for each Australian" )

I was under the impression the donation dollar was 12.5M for 2 years.

My biggest observation from noodling the coins of 2022 is that the mint must have mixed up the mintage figures for the $1 MOR (1 thousand) and the 10c (4 million). Talk about mules
