panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18673 Posts	Posted 05/31/2023 08:33 am i'd call it F12 also. the coins dullness could be the result of the lighting. would only be able to tell in in-hand. if it was cleaned it looks like it would have been quite a while ago.
